At Hotel Magic Mountain, your health and safety is our priority. For this reason we decided to implement, improve and standardize cleaning and sanitation protocols in order to protect ourselves from COVID-19 and other viruses, based on leading organizations in health issues.
Ensuring a safe stay for guests is our purpose. The following are the actions carried out:
Check in:
• Temperature check of each guest when entering the facilities.
• Shoe sole cleaning mats.
• Floor charts for the social distancing of 1.80mts between social bubbles.
• Antiseptic alcohol dispensers in the areas with the highest traffic.
• Acrylic screens to avoid direct contact with the guest.
• Liquid alcohol dispensers for the disinfection of pens, cards and other transit objects.
• Protective equipment on work staff.
Common areas:
• Increase in the frequency of cleaning areas, surfaces and objects with hospilatario grade products.
• Protective equipment such as masks, gloves and masks on the work staff.
• Stands with personal hygiene and cleaning products.
• Spacing between pool chairs.
• Disinfection of furniture more frequent.
• Reduction of capacity of living areas to avoid crowding.
Rooms:
• Deep cleaning with nebulizer equipment and hospital-grade products.
• Rotation of guests in the rooms to ensure the minimum compliance of 24 hours between check-in and check-out.
• Protective hygiene equipment in cleaning and sanitation personnel.
Restaurants and Bars:
• Reduction in the capacity of the establishment by the one recommended by the entity in charge of public health in Costa Rica.
• Antiseptic alcohol dispensers.
• Protective equipment in food and beverage personnel.
• Acrylic screens in the box to avoid direct contact with the customer.
• Training for work personnel related to health issues.
